Indian Visa Information for Nationals of Bangladesh

You should start the visa application process atleast a week before going to India. Go early in the morning to the embassy to submit the application form along with documents.

Visa Requirements:

a. Passport, in original, with minimum validity of six months and with at least two blank pages.

b. Two recent identical passport-size photographs depicting full face.

For Tourists:

* Foreign Exchange endorsement for US$ 150/- per person from a recognized authorized dealer (Scheduled Bank) or Bank Statement (3 months)
* proof of confirmed hotel bookings in India
* proof of residence in Bangladesh such as electricity or water or telephone bills in original
* photocopy of the passport.
